About the Company

Michael's Remodeling stands for quality. We always use the best workmanship and materials. A small company means the best quality, price and contact with the customer can always be maintained. We consider quality workmanship and customer service first and have hundreds of completed jobs to prove it.

The owner, Michael Meredith, started out in 1973 doing drywall, then carpentry, ceramic tile and plumbing work. He is now quite good at all of them. He received his first business license in 1976. He has worked full time in this business since 1988. For some of the specialties, Michael will bring specialists onto the job and work with them, but for most things he works alone.

Michael was raised in Springfield, Virginia and now lives in Kings Park, in Springfield, Virginia, just a few blocks from where he was raised. He lived on the west coast for a while and traveled to South America for a year and a half. In Chile, he met and married his wife. Together they now raise two teenage boys.

We do a lot of work in kitchens, baths, basements and decks and are glad to give advice on good design choice as well as free estimates. Michael's Remodeling ONE YEAR WARRENTEE covers all workmanship. We also offer and extended warrantee.
